Fees are crucial for the continued operation of the Playgroup. As a non-profit-making charity, all of our income comes from fees, government funding for children who qualify, and fundraising/donations. Our major expenses are rent for the use of the DPLA Building and staff costs.
We are registered for the Welsh Governments Childcare offer for 3 and 4 year olds.

As part of the process of enrolling, you are asked to sign a contract which states that session fees are payable in advance weekly or monthly. An account which falls into arrears and where no payment is made for over two weeks invokes suspension proceedings, continued non-payment may result in formal recovery action being taken.
To make things as easy as possible, we are happy to accept payment in the following ways:
Fees are processed every Thursday morning. If your account is in arrears you will receive an email as a reminder to pay before your child's next session. If you require a receipt please email jo@deganwyplaygroup.co.uk.
Please note: if your child is absent whether it's due to sickness or holidays, fees are still to be paid for any session your child was due to attend.
