Paying Your Fees

Fees & Funding

Deganwy Playgroup is a non-profit charity funded by parent fees, eligible government funding, and fundraising. Our main costs are building hire and staff.

Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in advance, weekly or monthly, as agreed in your contract. Accounts overdue by more than two weeks may result in suspension and possible recovery action.

Fees are processed every Wednesday. If your account is in arrears, you will receive a reminder email. Receipts are available on request – please email jo@deganwyplaygroup.co.uk.

Fees remain payable for absences due to illness or holidays. Two weeks’ paid notice is required for cancelled sessions or termination of contract.

We accept:

✔ Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare
We accept most employer childcare voucher schemes and can register with new providers if needed.

We also accept funding through 3-year funding, the 30-hour Childcare Offer, and Flying Start.

In certain circumstances we have to pass on our charges to you, as explained below.
